Jan. 5

Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Ivy Avenue for a report of a stolen motorcycle.

Officers responded to the 200 block of West Belmont Avenue for a report of a vehicle that was egged overnight.

Officers responded to the 300 block of West Belmont Avenue for a report of a vehicle that was egged overnight.

Jan. 6

Officers responded to Emmanuel Baptist Church for a report of unknown suspects who had entered the church through an open back window. Nothing was reported stolen or damaged.

Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a child locked inside of a vehicle. Officers freed the child.

Officers responded to the area of East Hill Avenue for a report of a suspect who stole a coat out of a vehicle. The coat was retrieved and returned to its owner.

Officers responded to Ernie’s Truck Stop for a report of a Greyhound passenger urinating behind the building. Officers trespassed the suspect and removed them from the bus.

Officers responded to Walmart for a report of two individuals that assaulted at least one person that they didn’t know.

Officers responded to the area of South Gibby Road and West Marina Drive for a report of a juvenile sitting in the middle of the road. Officers contacted the juvenile, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and returned him to his father.

Officers responded to the 3000 block of Road H Northeast for a report of an argument that resulted in shots being fired.

Jorge Gonzalez Moreno, 26, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to a violation of the uniform controlled substances act, second-degree burglary, third-degree driving while license suspended and third-degree theft.

Stacey Lynn Hubert, 39, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Christopher Joseph Brock, 43, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of residential burglary.

Felipe Jesus Flores, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to failure to pay child support, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Danielle Marie Anderson, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to “failure to obey all laws.”

Morgan Leigh Lucas, 21, of East Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of the uniform controlled substance act.

Donald Mullen, 25, of Kirkland, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of the uniform controlled substance act.

Tara Michelle Nazworthy, 36, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking of stolen property, second-degree organized retail theft, third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft.

Johnnie Will Witherspoon, 43, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

Paul Weston Poe, 36, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Joseph Anthony Achten, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock, and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Ashley Lynn Allen, 30, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

Gustavo Tapia, 24, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to use or delivery of drug paraphernalia, second-degree trafficking of stolen property, taking a motor vehicle without permission and second-degree organized retail theft.

Racheal Reyes, 29, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Wayne Richard Hauser, 31, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance.

Jose Ignacio Contreras, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance, alien in unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, as well as an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence, and also an out-of-state warrant related to driving while under the influence causing injury, driving with .08 percent blood alcohol causing injury and unlicensed driver.

Casey Bernard Peone, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to communication with a minor for immoral purposes and violation of a no contact order.

Evgueni Iapryntsev, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance.

Chase Hedden Nicely, 31, of Carlotta, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to accomplice to the delivery of marijuana and possession of ecstasy.
