PUBLIC NOTICE The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's HIV, STD & Hepatitis Section is offering subgrant funding for applicants to conduct the following Syringe Service Program Capacity-Building activities in Idaho: 1) provide syringe service program operational technical assistance to Idaho organizations, 2) develop and maintain a peer-to-peer network of individuals operating a syringe service program, 3) support stakeholder community engagement. Funding is available to non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, or universities. The funding levels are dependent upon the availability of Federal Funding and the strength of the application. The funding parameters can be found in the subgrant application packet, in the Budget Proposal section. Funding for subgrants will be based on satisfactory completion of the Scope of Work activities for a maximum funding duration of four years.
