NACHES — A Moses Lake woman was injured when the driver of the car she was riding in lost control and rolled near Naches Sunday morning.

Sherae Guerrero, 27, was transported to Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital in Yakima. She was a passenger in a car driven by Venito Trujillo, 62, Ocean Park.

Trujillo was driving west on State Route 12, about 16 miles west of Naches, when he lost control of the vehicle, the WSP memo said. The car left the road and rolled.

Both Guerrero and a second passenger, Rachel Church, 42, Ocean Park, were injured. Guerrero was not wearing a seat belt, the WSP memo said.

Trujillo was cited for driving too fast for the conditions.
