strongest north of Cascade Head. Combined seas 18 to 22 ft with
a dominant period of 13 seconds, subsiding to 17 to 20 ft
overnight.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Florence OR
out 60 NM.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
