Libby and Eureka hoops split in doubleheader

EUREKA — Keith Johnson and Caden Williams both scored 15 points and the Libby Loggers beat the Eureka Lions 51-39 in nonconference basketball on Tuesday at Eureka High School.
Johnson was also 3-for-4 at the charity stripe.
Ryan Goodman added 10 points and was 4-for-5 at the free throw line.
Eureka’s AJ Pacella led all scorers with a blistering 19 points, including two triples.

Katie Schmidt scored a game-high 15 points for Eureka. Maggie Graves added 11.

Stillwater Christian 52, Columbia Falls JV 34
Selah Neumann scored 18 points and the Stillwater Christian Cougars defeated Columbia Falls Wildkats JV in nonconference basketball on Tuesday at Stillwater Christian School.
Leading by two at the half, the Cougars pulled away in the second half, scoring 21 points in the third quarter and 16 in the fourth.
Abbie Darsow was Columbia Falls JV’s high scorer with 11.
