ALLENTOWN YOUTH SLAIN — A man has been sentenced to 25 to 60 years in state prison in the slaying of a teenager shot in the bedroom of his eastern Pennsylvania home 7 1/2 years ago.
ERIE MUSEUM DIRECTOR — The Erie Art Museum's board said Monday it cut ties with its executive director, Joshua Helmer, days after a newspaper reported that he had dated and made advances toward women he worked with, including some who reported to him.
STREET SHOOTING-TODDLER INJURED — A shooter in a passing vehicle opened fire a man holding a toddler in his arms on a Philadelphia street, hitting the man in the shoulder and leaving the child with a graze wound on his head.
HOME INVASION-ROBBER KILLED — A man who tried to commit a home invasion at a western Pennsylvania apartment was shot and killed by a man who lives in the unit, authorities said.
