MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING November 12, 2019 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Approved the agreement between Bonner County and Legacy Broadcasting Inc. allowing Bonner County to place an amateur repeater and associated equipment on the KYMS facility on Long Mountain in Bonner County ID, and pay the $125.00 monthly fee for the use of the building, tower and power for the repeater. PROSECUTOR Approved the contract between the Bonner County Prosecutor's Office and the City of Sandpoint for the provision of municipal prosecutor legal services. EMS Approved and accepted the TransCanada grant for $10,000.00 to be used to fund AED units for local Law Enforcement agencies. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved the expenses incurred in making urgent road shoulder repairs to East Spring Creek Road. At 9:18 a.m. the meeting was recessed. At 9:28 a.m. the meeting was reconvened. Approved costs of $47,681.29 to rebuild the engine in a 2006 Freightliner Dumptruck- Vin# 1FYHALDE46DW00257. Funds will be distributed from Road & Bridge account 002-7418 Repairs/Maintenance Heavy Trucks. Approved this agreement with the Ponderay Kootenai Quiet Zone, LLC, for locally funded improvements at the Kootenai Bay Rd railroad crossing in order to establish a crossing quiet zone and to allow the Board to sign the agreement.
