ELECTION 2020-DEMOCRATS
WASHINGTON — The largest Democratic Party super PAC is pouring an additional $50 million into advertising attacking President Donald Trump. Priorities USA announced Tuesday that it has increased the amount of money it plans to spend before the Democratic convention this summer to $150 million. As a part of that, the political action committee plans to spend $70 million in TV and digital ads in the battleground states of Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. By Brian Slodysko. MURDER-SUICIDE — Authorities say a woman apparently shot and killed her ex-husband before turning the weapon on herself in their Pennsylvania home.
FATAL HOTEL STABBING — A western Pennsylvania woman has been convicted of third-degree murder in the stabbing death of her boyfriend in a hotel on Christmas Day in 2018.
DEADLY DOMESTIC ABUSE — A domestic dispute inside a Philadelphia home ended with a man fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend early Tuesday as her adult son looked on, authorities said.
TEACHERS-CHILD SEX ABUSE — Married former teachers have been sentenced to prison terms following sex abuse convictions in Pennsylvania involving a teenage former student.
PENNSYLVANIA LEGISLATURE-SPECIAL ELECTION — Voters in a south-central Pennsylvania legislative district will pick a new state senator in a special election Tuesday.
RAILROAD SIGNALS-SABOTAGE — A Pennsylvania man has admitted he sabotaged railroad signals.
DOVER POLICE CHIEF — Officials in Delaware’s capital city confirmed a former Pennsylvania police captain as the department's new chief.

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Penguins captain will be in the lineup on Tuesday night when Pittsburgh faces Minnesota. Crosby hasn't played since undergoing abdominal surgery on Nov. 14. The Penguins have thrived in spite of the extended absence of the three-time Stanley Cup winner.
