Boys edge Bulldogs in swim meet

The Columbia Falls boys won the Cat-Dog Invitational swim meet Saturday in Whitefish in what ended up being a dual against the Bulldogs, 297-283.
The boys were led by freshman Conner Cheff who won the 200 intermediate relay and 100 breast stroke. The boys also won the 200 freestyle relay and the 400 freestyle relay.
The girls took third, matched up against Bigfork and Whitefish.
Emerald Templin led the girls with a win the 100 backstroke.
Kathleen Keith was third in the 100 breaststroke.
The squad travels to the Missoula Invitational to wrap up the regular season this Saturday.
