Wednesday, Jan. 15 10:00 AM Schedule for transmission of articles of impeachment from House of Representatives to Senate - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announces impeachment managers, via press conference, HVC Studio A (10:00 AM EST). Later, the House of Representatives holds vote on 'A resolution appointing and authorizing managers for the impeachment trial of Donald John Trump, President of the United States' (expected between 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM EST). Rep. Pelosi later signs the articles of impeachment in an engrossment ceremony, H-207 (approximately 5:00 PM EST). Soon afterwards, the articles are directed to House Clerk Cheryl Johnson, who signs them before preparing them for delivery to the Senate. She then carries them to the Senate packaged in two folders, accompanied by House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving

R. 5430, United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act' - legislation to implement the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which was signed by all three countries at the end of 2018 with a revised version agreed to last month. The House of Representatives passed it 19 Dec, although, as well as the Senate, it also needs ratification in Mexico and Canada before it can take effect
