Notice of Public Hearing City of Royal City Planning Agency Notice is hereby given that the City of Royal City Planning Agency will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Plat application submitted by Western Pacific Engineering and Survey (WPES) on behalf of CAD Homes for a proposed 32 lot Plat on a 8.79 acre parcel currently owned by Alan Scott, 170 Northview Drive, Othello, WA 99344.
