The articles of impeachment against President Trump have moved to the Senate where senators will be sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts this afternoon at 2 p.m. Ahead of the proceedings the Government Accountability office said Thursday that the White House violated federal law in withholding the security assistance to Ukraine, which shares a border with hostile Russia.
