Filemon Vela lead Congressional delegation to Brownsville, TX, and Matamaros, Mexico, to investigate the impacts of the Trump administration's 'Remain in Mexico' policy and the use of tent court facilities to adjudicate 'Remain in Mexico' asylum cases.
