Windauer's double-double leads Wildkats over Bravettes

COLUMBIA FALLS — Josie Windauer’s double-double led the way for the Columbia Falls Wildcats in a 48-35 win over the Flathead Bravettes in a nonconference basketball game at Columbia Falls High School on Tuesday.
Windauer scored a season-high 19 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in the win.
LaKia Hill added 11 points for the Wildkats, who led 25-18 at the half.
For Flathead (2-6 overall, 1-3 conference), Jenna Johnson led with 12 points. Clare Converse scored nine.
Flathead’s next action is a crosstown matchup with Glacier at 7:15 p.m. at Flathead High School.
Columbia Falls (8-1, 2-1) heads to Hamilton on Saturday.

COLUMBIA FALLS — Joston Cripe’s 19 points led all scorers and helped the Flathead Braves past Columbia Falls.
Hunter Hickey added 12 points for Western AA Flathead (2-6), which led 46-35 after three quarters.
Danny Henjum led four players in double figures for the Northwestern A Wildcats (1-8) with 16.
