At Charlo, the host Lady Vikings crafted a three possession lead by intermission, then weathered a rally attempt by the visiting Lady Savage Heat as they carved into the deficit to within a single possession. Connor Fryberger, Liev Smith and Destiny Manuel collabrated to counter the Hot Springs dynamic duo of Katelyn Christensen and six-footer McKenzie Cannon. The remainder of the rosters accounted for the margin of separation.
Charlo travels to Plains and St. Regis for a pair of conference clashes this weekend.
At Arlee in a pair of cross county clashes this past week, the host Scarlets scored a season high against the visiting Lady Eagles of Two Eagle as Jerny Crawford and Halle Adams collaborated on more than two dozen.
This past weekend at Arlee, Scarlet senior Peyton Lammerding tallied her second double-double of the season, but Arlee was unable to counter the collaborative effort of the leading scorers for Mission, who more than compensated host efforts.
The Scarlets travel to Loyola and Deer Lodge this week for a pair of conference clashes.
