NOXON, Mont. — For the third straight game, senior Ellie Kiebert scored 20 points. Unfortunately, for the second consecutive game Clark Fork girls basketball let a fourth quarter lead slip away, falling 49-45 to Noxon on Friday.

The Lady Cats led at halftime and at the end of three quarters, but the Red Devils outscored Clark Fork 14-6 in the fourth to avoid a season sweep.

“It was a game we should have won but the little things keep haunting us,” head coach Jordan Adams said in a text. “Turnovers hurt us as well as not having our outside shooting game. Some games you’re on, some your not.”

Kiebert finished with 23 points and 12 rebounds.

The Lady Cats (5-9) host the Post Falls C team 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Clark Fork 7 17 15 6 — 45
