City of Moses Lake Notice of Public Hearing Optional DNS The City of Moses Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amending development regulations to allow extensions of preliminary plat approvals. The hearing is at 7:00 pm on July 16, 2020 in the city council chambers, 401 S Balsam St. Due to COVID restrictions only five members of the public may attend the hearing in person, and masks are required. The City of Moses Lake has reviewed the proposal for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this proposal. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal. No adverse environmental impacts have been identified, so no mitigating conditions have been identified as necessary through SEPA. The project review process may include additional mitigation measures under applicable codes.
