June 29

Officers responded to Kentucky Fried Chicken for a report of a break-in of two cargo trailers in which $1,800 of tools were stolen.

Officers responded to Columbia Northwest Engineering for a burglary under investigation.

Officers responded to the Solara Apartment Complex for a report of a stolen vehicle out of Royal City that had been found at this location.

Officers responded to the 200 block of West Knolls Vista Drive for a report of a street light pole that had fallen. Later reports indicated that a white four-door flatbed truck had hit the light pole and then fled the scene.

Officers responded to the 700 block of West Third Avenue for a report of a woman suspect who spat at another woman before telling the victim that she had viral diseases.

Officers responded to the Montlake Park for a report of a vehicle prowling that had occurred while the owner was out on the lake, in which a number of miscellaneous items were stolen.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Century Street for a traffic violation, in which a juvenile driver fled from police and later crashed his vehicle before taking off on foot. A K-9 unit tracked the driver and the juvenile passenger, who were both arrested on various offenses, including possession of meth.

Officers responded to the Quail Run Trailer Park for a report of two men slashing several tires on four different vehicles at a single unit, then pepper-spraying and physically assaulting a woman. Suspects were not located.

Officers responded to the Ramada Inn for a report of multiple vehicles prowled in the area, with windows smashed in and a number of items taken.

June 30

Officers responded to Carpenter Park for a report of graffiti on the slide and sidewalk.

Officers responded to the 900 block of North Central Drive for a report of a woman sleeping in a slide.

Officers responded to Comfort Suites for a report of a vehicle prowl in the area in which a window was smashed out and a number of items stolen.

Officers responded to the Ramada Inn for a report of multiple vehicles prowled in the area in which windows were smashed out and a number of items stolen.

Officers responded to the area of West Valley Road and North Central Drive for a report that construction crews had failed to sufficiently warn drivers of upcoming lane closures, creating a traffic hazard.

Officers responded to the 600 block of South Peterson Place for a report of a resident in the area who spliced electrical wire and ran power to their residence, which does not have running water or power. Officers recommended evicting the tenant, which is not currently legal due to the pandemic.

June 29

Anastashia Angel Ridgley, 29, of Nespelem, was booked on charges of third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Cody Cole Carlsen, 29, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of a violation of a domestic violence no contact order.

Alexander Kultgen Deleon, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

June 30

Dontae Lee Favors, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of a violation of a protection order.
