This work may generally be descriebd as construction of the bottom lining system for the Ephrata Landfill Phase 3 Development area (approximately 18 acres). The work to be performed under this contract shall be the following: grading; installation of a landfill gas collection and condensate system piping, placement of a bedding layer, installation of a 60-mil textured HDPE geomembrane liner; installation of a geotextile cushion layer, placement of a sideslope later, and leachate collection layer. Also, the work will include excavation/embankment and grading of access raods, stormwater perimeter ditch, and eletrical for the condensate system.
