Coronavirus: 26 cases reported in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY — Twenty-six new cases of the coronavirus were reported in Grant County on Thursday, including four new cases each in Ephrata, Moses Lake, and the Quincy and Mattawa areas, and three in Warden, according to Grant County Health District.
The remaining seven cases reported Thursday were not yet tied to a city of residence due to the cases still being under investigation, according to the health district. In total, the county has had 901 confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 63 people hospitalized since the pandemic began, according to county and state health officials.
Currently, nine people sickened with COVID-19 are hospitalized, according to the health district.
The three areas of the county that have had the most cases are Moses Lake with 245, the Mattawa area with 214, and the Quincy area with 213.
