CCP: Targeting Hong Kong

Secretary of State Mike Pompeio has declared that Hong Kong is no longer autonomous. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has done this, utilizing the very Wuhan Virus that its own cover-up of critical information made pandemic. “Virus Prevention” is the excuse for the new “National Security Law” that suppresses all pro-Democracy protests in the former British Colony.

Beijing is counting on this bit of news being overlooked by a distracted West. They calculate that their theft of Hong Kong’s treaty-protected freedoms will go unnoticed, along with an intensification of their genocide against the Uighurs and their “Gunboat Diplomacy” threatening India’s Himalayas, the South China Sea area, the independent Republic of Taiwan and Japanese holdings in the East China Sea.

We each can help those whose very existence is under attack by the CCP. We can recognize the many evils that they do within their borders, as well as their oft stated intentions to eclipse the USA and become the new global Hegemon. We can awaken to the reality that we are in a new conflict that, in many ways, is far more dangerous than the Cold War. We can insist that American businesses and institutions divest from China; thoroughly de-coupling our economies. We can ally ourselves with all nations under threat, making it clear that an attack on them is an attack on us. We can stand up to the CCP as the worldwide enemy of peace, human rights and liberty that they have proven themselves to be.
