Man sees no evil in two skulls

An Evergreen man called Flathead County Sheriff’s Office after his girlfriend was surprised by a man knocking on a window with a flashlight and then she found two “hear no evil skulls,” outside. The man later called back to advise officers the skulls were placed there by a friend.

Someone on Reserve Drive in Kalispell claimed to see a woman “without any clothes on,” walking down the side of the street, but when they swung back around to see if she was OK, she was gone, and instead a man dressed in all black was walking on the road with his hands in his pockets.

An employee on U.S. 2 in Evergreen reportedly found a wallet with a man’s ID “and a good amount of meth.” Deputies collected the property.

Someone calling from Flathead Drive in Kalispell alleged a slender man with a gun in his belt and a large knife in his hand, walked up to them asking for a cigarette, then kept walking while slashing his knife at grass and talking to himself.

A white llama was seen running down Haskill Basin Road in Whitefish. The owner was advised and they tried to catch up with it.

A mother alleged her son was “jumped” and hit by someone at Pressentine Fishing Access in Kalispell. The incident may have resulted in a broken nose.

Someone claimed a man, who was passed out and was “intoxicated all the time,” had threatened to burn down their place on U.S. 93 in Kalispell and they wanted information on the process involved with evictions and restraining orders.

A woman on Adams Street in Lakeside told officers youths stole her lawnmower and $900.

Three possibly 8-week-old puppies were allegedly abandoned on a Beta Road resident’s back porch in Hungry Horse, and a woman was going to foster them.

Someone was suspicious about kids riding their bikes close to a gas station on U.S. 93 in Kalispell. Officers determined everything was OK and the scene was as it appeared — kids just out riding their bikes.

A woman allegedly hit a teen riding his bicycle on Ninth Street, causing him to fall and resulting in some scrapes and bruises, according to Columbia Falls Police Department.

Someone on U.S. 2 reportedly told police a woman in a vehicle had bruises on her neck that looked like handprints and she seemed to be in “emotional distress.” The person said the driver didn’t “speak or look at them.”
