Coronavirus: Five new cases

GRANT COUNTY — There were five new cases of the coronavirus reported in Grant County on Tuesday, including four cases in Moses Lake and one in Royal City, according to Grant County Health District.

In total, Grant County had 255 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus as of Monday evening. The health district reported Monday that 124 people have recovered from the coronavirus.

There were also 34 probable cases and 172 tests still pending results as of Tuesday evening.

Three people sickened with the novel coronavirus are currently hospitalized.

As of Tuesday evening, the Quincy area had 86 confirmed cases, Moses Lake had 67, and the Mattawa area had 57.

In addition to tests that have come back positive, 3,473 have come back negative.
