Michael L. Cline, 62, passed away Sunday morning at his rural Pullman home from cancer. He had recently moved to the Pullman area from Nevada to be near his family.
Michael was born March 6, 1958 at Walla Walla, Washington, to Donald and Shirley (Kelly) Cline. He was raised in Walla Walla and attended schools there. Mike married Zonia Weber in September 1991 at Moscow, Idaho, and the couple made their home at Moses Lake, Washington.
Michael had worked as an airline maintenance technician for Alaska Airlines since 1988. The family lived in Moses Lake from 1990 through 2012. They moved to Seattle, Washington, in 2012 and spent the next seven years there. The last two years they lived in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Michael enjoyed hanging with his boys, fishing, snow skiing and riding his motorcycle. He loved listening to his albums on his turntable, and spending time hunting with his dog, Kuper. He was also an avid gardener.
Survivors include his wife Zonia, two sons Steven Cline of Lewiston, Idaho and Daniel Cline of Pullman, his two sisters Beth (Todd) Cameron, and Becky (Don) Adams and his brother Kelly Cline.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Viola Cemetery with Pastor Kathy Lee Kramer officiating at the service. Kramer Funeral Home of Palouse, Washington is caring for the family.
