Coronavirus: 20 new cases, including 8 in Moses Lake

GRANT COUNTY - There were 20 new cases of the coronavirus reported in Grant County on Wednesday, including eight new cases in Moses Lake, eight in the Quincy area, three in the Mattawa area and one in rural Grant County near Othello, according to Grant County Health District.

The county’s total was 367 confirmed cases as of Wednesday evening. The health district reported Monday that 130 county residents had recovered from the coronavirus.

The health district is not currently releasing daily updates of probable cases, outstanding tests or tests that returned with negative results.

Five people sickened with the novel coronavirus in the county are currently hospitalized.

As of Wednesday evening, Moses Lake had 109 confirmed cases, the Quincy area had 101, and the Mattawa area had 86.
