MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake office of the Department of Licensing will reopen June 22 by appointment only for people who cannot conduct their business online or can’t get help through the agency’s customer service center, according to a statement.
The Moses Lake branch will be just one of seven offices across the state reopening June 22. Services offered by appointment only include first-time driver’s license including testing, first-time identification card, enhanced driver’s licenses and IDs and instruction permits.
Other services include commercial driver’s licenses and learner’s permits, agricultural permit, occupational restricted licenses, instruction permits and driver training school instructor tests. The department will also be offering reinstatement, including applicable tests.
The offices will enact a number of safety protocols to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, and the public is encouraged to wear a cloth face mask during appointments. The department asks that people attempt to use its online services or contact customer service before making an appointment.
