Notice of Public Hearing - Date of Notice: June 24, 2020 Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application was received by Grant County on March 13, 2020 from Zachary Teuber (Designated Contact: Ryan McDonald, P.O. Box 518, Chelan, WA 98816 (509)679-7153), and was found to be technically complete on March 26, 2020. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the establishment of a helipad in the vicinity of the Gorge Amphitheater for Helicopter sightseeing tours. The proposal is to create a 60' x 60' landing area, a 40' x 40' staging area for seasonal sightseeing tours. Passengers will be brought to the site by Live Nation from their parking area. There is no planned area at the site for direct customer use. There are no planned structures relating to the support of the operation and a mobile fuel truck will be on site only during helicopter operations. No additional structures will be constructed. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 22161 Rd 1 NW, Quincy, WA in a portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. AMENDED NOTICE BEFORE THE GRANT COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD GRANT COUNTY WASHINGTON Amended Notice of an Application for Change of Water Right to Add/Change Points of Withdrawal under Ground Water Certificates G3-01215C issued on August 20, 1965 and G3-22471C issued on February 4, 1974. TAKE NOTICE: That on June 23rd, 2016, Berend Friehe-Friehe Farms of Moses Lake, WA filed an application number GRAN-16-04 and GRAN-16-05 with the Grant County Water Conservancy Board to add Points of Withdrawal and intertie points of withdrawal under Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-01215C and G3-22471C. That said Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-01215C, with a priority date of August 20, 1965, is authorized for the diversion of 2000 gpm, 800 acre-feet per year for irrigation from two existing authorized points of withdrawal: 1) S1/2S1/2 of NW1/4 of Sec. 17 and 2) NW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 30, within T.19N, R30E.W.M. That said right authorizes water to be used for irrigation of 200 acres in Sec. 17, T.19N, R30E.W.M. That said Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-22471C, with a priority date of February 4, 1974, is authorized for the diversion of 2000 gpm, 866 acre-feet per year for irrigation from two existing authorized points of withdrawal: 1) SE1/4SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 17 and 2) NW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 30, All within T.19N, R30E.W.M. That said right authorizes water to be used for irrigation of 120 acres in the E3/4NE1/4, 160 acres in the SE1/4, and 153 acres in SW1/4; All in Sec. 17, within T.19N, R30E.W.M. That they propose to add four wells to each of the certificates. After the changes each certificate will authorize six wells located as follows: 1) S1/2S1/2NW1/4 of Sec. 17; 2) NW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 30; 3) N1/2SW1/4 of Sec 16; 4) NE1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 16; 5) NW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 20; and 6) N1/2S1/2 of Sec. 7, all within T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. All being within Grant County, Washington. Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-dollar ($50.00) recording fee and filed with the CASHIERING UNIT, P.O.
