Coronavirus: 35 new cases in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY — There were 35 new cases of the coronavirus in Grant County reported on Wednesday: 17 in the Quincy area; seven in the Mattawa area; four in Moses Lake; two each in Royal City and rural Grant County near Othello; and one each in Warden, Soap Lake and Ephrata, according to Grant County Health District.

In addition, nine people infected with the virus have been hospitalized, according to the health district, including two people hospitalized in the last 24 hours.

Since the pandemic began, Moses Lake has had a total of 147 confirmed cases, the Mattawa area has had 132, and the Quincy area has had 136.
