Coronavirus: Seventeen cases reported

GRANT COUNTY — There were 17 new cases of the coronavirus reported in Grant County on Thursday, including eight new cases in the Quincy area, six cases in Moses Lake, two in the Mattawa area and one in Ephrata, according to Grant County Health District.

The county total rose to 514 confirmed cases. Nine people sickened with the novel coronavirus are currently hospitalized.

As of Thursday evening, Moses Lake had a total of 153 confirmed cases, the Quincy area had 144, and the Mattawa area had 134.
