Woman reported missing in Bob Marshall found safe

A woman hiking alone in the Bob Marshall Wilderness was found safe Tuesday evening after she was reported missing earlier in the day.
Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino said the Two Bear Air search and rescue helicopter and U.S. Forest Service officials were called to search for the woman after she was last seen at the Black Bear Cabin near the South Fork of the Flathead River. She was expected to arrive at the Salmon Forks Cabin by Monday evening, some 7 miles away, but when she didn't show up, she was reported missing.
Heino said she was found safe Tuesday evening.
