Chance Bacon of Oldtown was cited in the area of Highway 41 and S. Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 10:23 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Report of an unlawful entry in the 100 block of E. Second Avenue in Clark Fork at 1:50 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 2600 block of Highway 2 in Oldtown at 4:29 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Feb. 19

Officers assisted an out-of-state agency on W. Lake Street at 7:27 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 10:49 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Division Avenue at 1:11 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Northshore Drive at 2:18 p.m.

Officers checked on a female in the Ridley Village Road area at 2:28 p.m. and advised she was fine.

After a DUI investigation on S. First Avenue at 2:53 p.m., the driver was released without charges.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 500 block of Church Street at 3:30 p.m.

Possible fraud was reported in the 400 block of N. Ella Avenue at 4:06 p.m.

A door was reported damaged in the 900 block of Forest Avenue at 6:42 p.m.

A reported 911 hang-up call on Cedar Street was determined to be unfounded at 8:56 p.m.
