TRUMP: Crisis clobbering him
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 4 years, 11 months AGO
Donald Trump to attendees at an African American history month reception at the White House regarding the coronavirus pandemic, “It’s going to disappear. One day it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”
Everyone’s b… s… alarm, except Trump supporters, just went off. And therein lies the problem.
Trump just delegated the responsibility for confronting the coronavirus at the national level to who? Mike Pence and Alex Azar. Both are not doctors, nor scientists, nor epidemiologists. In short, they’re not remotely qualified to deal with this crisis. This whole scenario is like an episode straight out of South Park.
As John Pavlovitz states, “only intelligent, qualified, reasonable, compassionate people who trust science and want to protect human beings can help at times like these-which is why Trump is completely useless.”
Because of politics and Trump’s war on “experts,” this administration has not the clarity of vision, nor a clue about how to confront this crisis.
