Feb. 23

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Division Avenue at 10:08 a.m.

A vehicle was reported taken from the 800 block of Poplar Street at 12:14 p.m.

Report of an accidental 911 activation in the city at 12:37 p.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted Boundary County on a call in the Third Avenue area at 1:15 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Main Street at 2:22 p.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 200 block of Halley Street at 4:26 p.m.

Report of barking dogs in the 900 block of Washington Avenue at 7:55 p.m.

Brandon V. Hurst, 37, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the Halley Street area at 9:09 p.m. on charges of grand theft and possession of stolen property.
