James P. Bennett, 36, of Hope, was cited in the area of N. Division Avenue and Church Street at 10:57 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Officers checked on a female in the 1300 block of Cedar Street for a welfare check at 4:33 p.m. and advised that she was fine.

A moose was reported on the loose in the Fifth Avenue area at 5:09 p.m.

A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 5:16 p.m.

Officers checked on a male in the 1400 block of Cedar Street for a welfare check at 6:58 p.m. and advised he was fine.

An officer was unable to locate a possible DUI driver reported in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 7:08 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 7:52 p.m.

Andrew J. Lippincott, 43, of Bend, Ore., and Krystle M. Hample, 30, of Sandpoint, were arrested on Highway 200 in Kootenai at 9:05 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia; and Connor D. Corbel, 22, of Sagle, was arrested on a charge of frequenting.
