'THAT' 5k fun run kicks off National Public Health Week

POCATELLO — Southeastern Idaho Public Health will kick-off National Public Health Week with a 5k fun run/walk titled “THAT.” “THAT” 5k fun run/walk stands for "Taking Healthy Actions Today." The fun run will be held 10 a.m April 4 at Southeastern Idaho Public Health, 1901 Alvin Ricken Drive in Pocatello.
Cost is $22 for an individual and $20 per person for group registration. “THAT” Fun Run is an enjoyable and healthy way to get National Public Health week started. Participants will get a T-shirt and entered into a drawing for raffle prizes. Thanks a Brunch Food truck will be onsite selling food to participants and their families.

The United Way of Southeastern Idaho, along with various community partners (Pocatello Fire Department, JustServe, Area Agency on Aging, Life Inc., North Bannock Fire District and Southeastern Idaho Public Health), have created an online resource guide to help citizens find area resources to meet their needs for essential services. This guide is designed to help area residents locate essential services, such as utility payment assistance, food services and much more.
Two additional cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Southeast Idaho
Southeastern Idaho Public Health (SIPH) has confirmed two additional case of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in southeast Idaho, one in Bannock County and one in Bingham County, bringing the total number of cases to six in southeast Idaho (four in Bannock County and two in Bingham County).
