An officer was unable to locate a moose reported to be in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:24 a.m.
Scott K. Banks, 31, of Sagle, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 9:38 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
A follow-up report was taken on Halley Street at 9:43 a.m.
An alarm reported in the 600 block of Church Street at 10:04 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.
Deputies responded to the Otts Basin area for a citizen assist in Sagle at 10:02 a.m.
A case was assigned to cover an alcohol violation in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 11:33 a.m.
A female was trespassed from a business in the 100 block of Cedar Street after a report of disorderly conduct at 11:52 a.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Second Avenue at 1:16 p.m.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on Church Street at 1:20 p.m.
Report of possible harassment in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 4:51 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a male and female reported to be in an argument upon arrival in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 5:38 p.m.
An officer checked on a female in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 6:15 p.m. and advised she was fine.

A report of depriving an owner of their vehicle was placed under investigation on S. Division Avenue at 7:29 p.m.
A report of a prowler in the 300 block of Halley Street was determined to be unfounded at 9:51 p.m.
A dog found in the Fifth Avenue area at 10:36 p.m. was returned to its owner.
