CTI BioPharma: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

SEATTLE (AP) _ CTI BioPharma Corp. (CTIC) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $8.2 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had a loss of 14 cents.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $40 million, or 69 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $3.3 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit 83 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 98 cents.
