QUINCY — The irrigation water will still flow, but Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District offices will be closed to the public until further notice.

“Irrigation water orders or deliveries will not be affected by this change,” according to a press release issued by the district. Farmers can still leave a voicemail for water orders at each watermaster office. The option to email or text water orders or request changes is still available also.

Water payments can be mailed, or the district is accepting credit or debit card payments by phone. District personnel are available to answer questions by phone at the Quincy office, 509-787-3591, and Royal City office, 509-346-2301. People with questions about RRA lands (Reclamation Reform Act) can contact the QCBID office for help.
