2 arrested following high-speed pursuit in Lake County

Two men were apprehended early Wednesday morning in Lake County following a high-speed pursuit that began in Missoula County.
According to Lake County Sheriff Don Bell, Polson resident Seth Houston Williams and Ronan resident Sean Patrick Forget were arrested and taken to the Lake County Detention Facility.
Bell said that at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday the Lake County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a theft in progress in Missoula County and that the suspects were seen traveling north on U.S. 93 toward Lake County. The suspect vehicle description was provided to law enforcement and it was found that a witness was following the suspects.
Flathead Tribal Police and deputies with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office located the suspect vehicle, which attempted to flee traveling in excess of 90 mph down county roads in the Moise Valley and Charlo area.
Law enforcement officers eventually were able to apprehend the suspects, Bell said.
