CDAIDE, a volunteer-run nonprofit that supports restaurant and hospitality workers, has announced that leadership coach and speaker Michael Murray will be its first executive director.

Murray brings two decades of leadership development and nonprofit experience to the position. He was drawn to the role by the chance to support the hospitality workforce.

“There’s no better time than right now to be supporting the great people who work in hospitality,” Murray said. “At CDAIDE, we focus on connection and living the life you were made for. Everything about that mission is appealing to me.”
