The Colville Business Council and the Colville Tribal Federal Corporation Board of Directors approved a reopening date of Tuesday, May 19, for all three 12 Tribes Colville Casinos properties.

“We want to be the right place, for the right time,” said CTFC Chief Executive Officer Kary Nichols in a press release. “Our No. 1 priority has always been the health and safety of our team members, valued guests, and communities.”

The properties – in Omak, Manson and Coulee Dam – put in place health and wellness measures to prepare a safe place for reopening, including frequent cleaning and more:

• Checking patrons for an elevated temperature. Patrons with a temperature of 100.5 degrees or higher, or showing any other symptoms of COVID-19, will be asked to visit another time.

• Although masks and gloves are not required for patrons, 12 Tribes Colville Casinos strongly encourages their use. A limited supply will be available.

• Plexiglas has been installed at key locations.

• Team members are required to wear face coverings in all public areas.

• Hand sanitation stations are available throughout the facility.

12 Tribes Colville Casinos closed on March 17, six days before Washington state announced the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, the press release stated.
