MOSES LAKE — A section of Valley Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic in both directions beginning May 19 during work to upgrade water mains. Traffic restrictions will remain through about June 2.

One lane of travel will be closed in both directions between Central and Paxson drives.

Crews are replacing one mile of water main with a new, bigger, 12-inch PVC water main. The project will remove the surface and underlying road bed, rebuild and repave it.
