There will be a bleed blue senior cruise from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, to commemorate the senior class of 2020. Organized by the Columbia Falls Class of 2020 parents’ committee, the cruise will gather at the Big Sky Waterslides parking lot at 5:30 p.m. Seniors that need help decorating their rigs should come at 5 p.m.
The cruise will run from the waterslides back to town, up Nucleus Avenue, down Railroad Street, then down the Truck Route to Sixth Avenue West to the high school. It will then go around the high school loop, then back down 13th Street to Fourth Avenue to Talbott Road to the Montana Veterans Home, where it will loop around the home. It then goes up South Hilltop to Highway 2 and then back to Nucleus where cars will make a second lap, except the lap will go in front of the high school down to 12th Avenue and back to Highway 2.
Students, faculty and community members are encouraged to line the streets to cheer the seniors on.
Graduation is June 6 at 11 a.m. at the high school football field.
