CITY OF PONDERAY ORDINANCE NO.151R REVISED APPROPRIATIONS 2019-2020 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ENTITLED "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019; APPROPRIATING $2,377,589.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO, FOR SAID YEAR PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF IDAHO CODE; LEVYING A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY FOR GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH APPROPRIATION IS MADE; PROVIDING FOR A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO BE FILED WITH THE BONNER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. SECTION 4.00: The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. SECTION 5.00: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in at least one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.
