Report of a reckless driver at Highway 200 and Colburn Culver Road at 9:05 p.m.

Ellis Ritz, 45, of Moyie Springs, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 486000 block of U.S. 95 at 9:09 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a civil protection order on E. Settlement Road in Priest River at 9:02 p.m.
