Officers responded to the 600 block of East Jones Avenue for a report of a gun stolen out of a vehicle sometime recently.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a number of miscellaneous tools stolen from a shed in the back of the property overnight.

Officers responded to Chief Moses Middle School for a report of a student who threatened a teacher and tried to start a fight with them.

Officers responded to the 900 block of West Oregon Street for a report of two groupings of gunshots, around five shots each, heard somewhere in the area.

Officers responded to El Charro Espresso for a report of an unknown suspect that broke into the business’ shed sometime overnight.

Officers responded to the Weston Apartments for a report of a woman that punched her sister’s windshield after an argument escalated.

Emily Louise Peters, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to unspecified charges.

Roberto Rivelino Ayala, 41, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Cristina Nunez, 34, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Daniel Medina Cuevas, 18, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and first-degree assault with a firearm.

Jacob Rodney Marchand, 31, of Ephrata, was booked on outstanding warrants related to third-degree driving while license suspended, driving while under the influence, and making false statements to a public servant.

Rafael Herrera Negrete, 35, of Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended and driving while under the influence.
