Replying to Glenn Miles statements concerning the vehicle impact fees voted down.

We the citizens of Kootenai County have sent you and the KMPO a clear signal that we do not approve of your plan. Your condescending attitude stating that the citizens do not want to address the increase in traffic is absurd. Actually, we do want to address the traffic issue, just not your plan to make it our financial problem.

The Kootenai County leadership including Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Hayden need to seriously address this issue together. Sticking a $50 a year fee (for 20 years) on the residents to fund a wish list doesn’t cut it.
