Report of an attempt to locate a subject in the 800 block of Old Priest River Road in Priest River at 9:38 a.m.

Report of a fraud in the 1300 block of Moon Fire Road at 9:47 a.m.

Report of a citizen assist on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 9:47 a.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 100 block of Doolittle Drive in Priest River at 10:29 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken at 12:01 p.m. in the 400 block of East Fourth Street South in Oldtown in regards to a missing person call.

Report of a malicious injury to property in the area of Spirit Lake and Edgemere cutoff roads at 12:10 p.m.

Gavin Eppard, 50, of Sagle, and Kamber Schafroth, 22, of Sandpoint, were arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Sagle Road on charges of possession of Methamphetamine, heroin, and paraphernalia.

David R Cramer, 37, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. in the 1700 block of Culvers Drive on charges of felony aggravated battery and cited on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Report of an alarm on Mogul Hill Road at 12:52 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the 4300 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake at 1:07 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 200 block of Grouse Creek Cutoff Road at 1:30 p.m.

Report of a burglary on Bates Lane in Oldtown at 1:48 p.m.

Report of a railroad problem in the 400 block of Elmira Road at 2:16 p.m.

Deputies responded to the report of a juvenile problem in the 10000 block of W. Pine Street in Dover at 2:25 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 1200 block of Michigan Street at 2:44 p.m.

Deputies responded to the report of information in the area of Oldtown at 2:57 p.m.

ISP responded to a reported reckless driver in the area of Granite Loop and U.S. 95 in Athol at 3:12 p.m.

Possible fraud was reported on Red Clover Drive at 3:42 p.m.

Report of a citizen assist on W. Shore Lane at 4:10 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Cavanaugh Bay Road in Coolin at 4:31 p.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 1000 block of Schneiders Road in Sagle at 4:41 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 4000 block of Rapid Lightning Road at 4:53 p.m.

A juvenile problem was reported on Jeffrey Drive at 4:40 p.m.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 2000 block of Clagstone Road in Spirit Lake at 6:15 p.m.

Report of a trespass in the 2900 block of Peninsula Road in Priest River at 6:51 p.m.

Report of a civil standby on Twin Firs Lane in Priest River at 6:59 p.m.

Shannon M. Jones, 46, of Usk, Wash., was arrested on two warrants for fugitive from justice in the pre-100 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 9:37 p.m.

Oct. 29

Report of a death investigation in the 5000 block of Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 12:44 a.m.

An alarm was reported in the 476000 block of U.S. 95 at 1:08 a.m.

Deputies responded to the report of drugs in the 8000 block of U.S. 2 in Priest River at 1:17 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken regarding a missing person call in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street S. in Oldtown at 4:52 a.m.

Oct. 28

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 9:27 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen's questions in the 2100 block of Browning Way at 10:08 a.m.

A fire alarm reported on S. Division Avenue at 10:26 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Report of a vehicle-versus-bench accident on N. First Avenue at 10:25 a.m.

An alarm reported in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 10:58 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 10:45 a.m.

An officer assisted with an out-of-control juvenile in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 11:31 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 11:43 a.m.

Report of possible fraud in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 2:44 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 2:42 p.m.

A possible scam was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 2:48 p.m.

A medical assist call was reported on Olive Avenue at 4:44 p.m.

Oct. 29

Alycia R. Grunstein, 19, of Clark Fork, was arrested on U.S. 95 at 1:24 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence and open container of alcohol.

Oct. 28

An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to noise complaint at 1:22 p.m.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way for a 911 hang-up call at 1:12 p.m.

An officer responded to the 30000 block of Highway 200 for a citizen assistance request at 2:05 p.m.

An officer responded to the 476000 block of Highway 95 in reference to a civil problem reported at 2:34 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of McNearney Road in reference to a 911 hang-up at 6:12 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Oct. 28

An officer assisted another agency on W. Jackson Avenue at 4:04 p.m.

Shad Bossen, 36, of Priest River, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of Highway 57 at 6:51 p.m.
