Zhenya Mowry, 33, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. in the area of Schweitzer Plaza Drive in Ponderay on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting & obstructing an officer.

Deputies responded to a 911 hang-up in the 2000 block of Barnhart Road in Careywood at 10:50 p.m.

Jon E Spencer, 55, of Libby, Mont., was arrested in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:41 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.
