Report of a citizen assist on Pleasant's View Road in Blanchard at 9:34 a.m.

Report of a child's sneaker on the side of the road on Cocolalla Loop Road in Cocolalla at 10:34 a.m.

Report of a theft in the area of Elmira Road and U.S. 95 at 10:40 a.m.

Taylor Lane, 37, of Clark Fork, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 11:11 a.m. on charges of resisting and obstructing and on three outstanding felony warrants.

Report of a reckless driver eastbound in the 23000 block of U.S. 2 at 12:51 p.m.

Report of a possible impaired driver on Upper Pack River Road at 1:20 p.m.

David Mairs, 58, of Richmond California, was arrested in the area of U.S. 95 and Colburn Culver Road at 2:04 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, and unlawful transportation of an alcoholic beverage.

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 northbound from Sagle at 2:25 p.m.

A stolen vehicle was reported recovered on S. Second Street in Priest River at 2:06 p.m.

ISP responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 3:16 p.m.

Brook Abbott, 50, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 in Ponderay at 10:24 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
